Overview
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition (no scratches, wear, or damage).
- Products that are damaged due to improper use, accidental drops, or unauthorized disassembly are not eligible for return.
Returned items that affect secondary sales (e.g. opened, scratched, or missing accessories) will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to non-defective reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, and you contact us within 2 days of delivery, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- Photos or video of the product (if damaged)
- Reason for return
We will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
